Course Booking

Please make sure that you have read and understand the training Terms and Conditions below before you reserve your place on a course. Unfortunely places are limited and we are only able to offer places on a first come first serve basis.

No Cancellations - Adobe Trainers - CS6 We always endeavour to try and run all of our scheduled courses. In cases where we are not able to do so, we will offer a discount on your course should you still wish to attend the next available dates.

Please make sure you include your name, email address and message, and one of the Web Studio Training team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your course booking and organise course payment.

Course payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque or securely online using a credit or debit card. If your company is paying for your course, a letter headed purchase order will be requested for invoicing.

If you wish to receive an invoice with your company purchase order number, please supply the purchase order number assigned to your booking(s). You will be asked to email or post a copy of the purchase order to us in your booking confirmation email. This is optional. If you do not wish to provide a purchase order number, we can raise a proforma invoice for your booking(s) instead.


Booking : Terms and Conditions

Please note that booking requests submitted less than 1 working day prior to the course delivery date may not be processed in time.

Joining instructions, a venue map, directions and an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the receipt of your booking request. If you requested a copy of the invoice in the post, you should receive this within ten working days after making your booking. If you have not received any correspondence within 48 working hours, please contact us to ensure we have received your booking.

We cannot accept provisional bookings. Complete all relevant sections of the online booking form. Purchase orders alone cannot be accepted without a booking letter.

Attendance for courses will be only be possible with full payment prior to the start of the course.

All prices exclude VAT.

Cancellations : Not able to attend

Please let us know in writing (by letter or via email) if you need to cancel your place on a course. A £15 administrative fee may be charged for any cancelled places. If you wish to cancel your place on one course and transfer to another this may also incur a £15 administrative fee.

We reserve the right to charge in full for courses cancelled with less than 5 days notice.

We endeavour never to cancel a course and our trainers are happy to deliver one to one training. In the case that a course may have to be cancelled, we reserve the right to amend or cancel a course without liability in which case a full refund or course transfer will be offered.

Data Protection : The legal bit

If you choose to contact us through the booking form above, we will store your details in order to reply to your enquiries. Web Studio Training however has no obligation to accept your booking from this form.

Information provided when using this contact service will not be sold or distributed outside of the Web Studio Training team.

All Details are kept in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and for no longer than necessary to complete the correspondance.
